Adobong itlogNo, this was not included in the Adobo Book. This is a personal creation of my dear partner which her mother cook for us last night. Adobong Itlog is your usual adobo fare minus the chicken or pork. It has the same ingredients and prepared the way you would prepare a traditional adobo. I was a bit apprehensive to taste it at first, but when I did, I couldn’t stop eating. In fact, I consumed 2 1/2 of the large size egg. Not good for those with high cholesterol level, but then you can always opt to eat the white (protein rich) part. In case you want to try this out, make sure that the eggs are hard boiled. :-)
